Founded by Theresa Lungu in 2003 to save her hometown library in Luanshya, Zambia, from closure, Books for Zambia worked in concert with ODCEM to facilitate the acquisition of two cubic meters of textbooks and children’s books to the Helen Kaunda Memorial Library.
